DMCA Policy

Our position

IPTVFiesta provides access to a streaming server. We do not host, store, own, encode, produce or broadcast any of the media reachable through that server, and we do not operate the origin infrastructure on which it sits.

Making a complaint

If you own rights in material you believe is being made available through our service, send us a notice through the support page with the subject line “DMCA Notice”. Please include:

  • Identification of the specific work you hold rights in
  • Identification of the material complained of, precise enough for us to locate it — a channel name or stream identifier
  • Your name, organisation, address, telephone number and email address
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

What happens next

Valid notices are acted on promptly. Where the material is within our control we remove access to it. Where it is not, we forward the notice to the upstream supplier responsible and provide you with what information we can about who that is.

Counter-notices

If access to material was disabled and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing your contact details, identification of the material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.

Repeat infringers

Accounts subject to repeated, substantiated infringement notices are terminated.
