Before you write

A lot of questions have a faster answer than waiting on a reply:

• Login details missing? Check spam and promotions first, then use the login page to have them resent.
• Not sure which app to install? The apps page lists the right player for every device.
• Wondering if a channel is included? Search the channel list.
• Thinking about a refund? The refund policy sets out what is covered.

Response times

Support runs seven days a week. Most messages are answered the same day; during busy evenings a reply can take a little longer. Always write from the email address you ordered with — it is how we locate your subscription.
