Terms of Service

1. What this service is

IPTVFiesta supplies access to a streaming server. When you buy a plan you receive a username, a password and a server address that let you connect a compatible IPTV player application to that server. You are paying for that access and for the support that goes with it.

We do not host, own, produce, encode or broadcast any of the content reachable through the server, and we do not control what appears on it at any given moment.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old to buy a plan. Access is sold for private, personal use in a single household. Reselling access, sharing your credentials publicly, or using the service in a commercial venue is not permitted and will end your subscription without a refund.

3. Simultaneous connections

Unless you have bought additional connections, one subscription streams to one device at a time. Signing in on a second device will normally disconnect the first. Repeated concurrent use from unrelated locations is treated as credential sharing.

4. Your account details

Keep your username and password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your credentials. If you believe they have been compromised, contact support and we will issue replacements.

5. Availability

We aim for uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee it. Channels are added and removed by the broadcasters and suppliers upstream of us, so the line-up changes over time and no specific channel is guaranteed for the life of your plan. Scheduled maintenance is kept short and, where possible, announced in advance.

Your own internet connection materially affects picture quality. We recommend at least 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K streams.

6. Payment and renewal

Plans are paid for up front and cover a fixed term. Nothing renews automatically. When your term ends, access stops until you choose to buy another plan.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to record, rebroadcast, publicly display or redistribute any content received through the service, and not to attempt to probe, overload or reverse-engineer our infrastructure.

9. Ending your access

We may suspend or terminate access without refund where these terms are breached, in particular for credential sharing, resale, chargeback abuse or attempts to compromise the service.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
