Privacy Policy
What we collect
We deliberately collect as little as possible. When you place an order or request a trial we ask for an email address, and optionally a name, a phone or WhatsApp number and the device you intend to use. The email address is essential — it is how your login details reach you.
Our server also records the usual technical information that any website records: IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Streaming servers log connection times and the IP a subscription connects from, which is how we detect credential sharing.
What we do not collect
We do not store card numbers or bank details. We do not ask for a home address. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Why we hold it
- To deliver your login details and provide the service you paid for
- To answer your support messages
- To detect abuse of the service, such as shared or resold credentials
- To meet our own legal and accounting obligations
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we are legally required to retain them. Support correspondence is kept while it is useful and then deleted. Connection logs are rotated regularly.
Who else sees it
Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf under contract. Beyond that, we disclose personal data only where we are legally compelled to.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or the EU you may ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through the support page from the email address you ordered with and we will action the request.
Security
Traffic between your device and our servers is encrypted, and administrative access to our systems is restricted and audited.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be reflected on this page.
